They can make bleeding much more difficult. I removed mine. The line is kinda funky. it starts as a 3/16" and necks up to 1/4" then back down to 3/16". IIRC the master end uses an odd sized flare nut. Still a 3/16 double flare but that 1 nut is bigger than 10mm. I just rebent a new line from the master to the flex line on the firewall at clutch ...
